FAQ

  • Is my membership into EPAC automatic?

    Every interested leader will have a private, confidential conversation with Deb to determine intention, expectation, and fit. While the idea of EPAC is inclusive and welcoming, ensuring each participant is willing to contribute to a win/win environment is essential (be a participant, not a passenger!).

  • Is this a monthly membership?

    Membership in the Silver and Gold levels require a 6-month commitment, although monthly payments are available. Platinum membership requires a 12-month commitment.

  • What if I want to refer someone to EPAC? Can they join my group? Is there a referral bonus?

    Referrals are welcomed! And yes, a referral bonus is available depending on which Tier is joined. Group size at the Gold and Platinum levels are limited, so joining an existing group will be dependent on caps and fit.

  • What if I can't make all the calls each month- does this negatively impact my membership?

    All calls will be recorded and accessible on the EPAC community site for all members. Membership isn't penalized if you can't make the call, but you will miss out on the irreplaceable experience of participating live!

  • What if I want to cancel my membership before my 6 or 12-month commitment has ended? Will my remaining investment be refunded?

    While we believe that your ROI will more than pay for itself through your EPAC experience, we understand circumstances change. We request a 30-day notice to discontinue membership / payments. If you are paying monthly, recurring payments will be discontinued at the time of that 30-day notice. If payment has been made in full, no refunds will be made for the unused portion.

  • Are these meetings live or virtual?

    All calls at the Silver and Gold levels are virtual and are recorded and housed on the EPAC site found at the Inner Genius Academy. The annual meeting for Platinum level participants is live, in person. The location for this meeting is TBD but will likely be here in Salt Lake City, Utah.

  • Why should I consider adding the monthly Coaching sessions to my membership?

    There are very few other collaborations, including EPAC, that will impact your life more dramatically and sustainably than that of the coaching relationship. You can expect profound shifts in the way you think in general, and especially what you believe about yourself and your potential. If you are someone who struggles with Imposter Syndrome, you owe it to yourself and your future to explore the coaching relationship. It's almost a guarantee to elevate your self-worth dramatically.
